mondays child is wolf

these were the questions asked ...

1. firstly tell us about your self. Surreal or absurd or the bare boned truth.
2. So then, why blogging? And do you see blogging as an art form?
3. who are your influences? be they musical, philosophers, sculptures, painters whatever/whoever? Tell.
4. how do you spend your days?
5. how do you see society 100 hundred years from now? Better or worse?
6. does art have any influence over society?
7. is there any point in protest?
8. does your vote count or is it all a waste of time?
9. who is your favourite all time band/group?
10. would you do it with a poodle?

and these the answers given...

1. a wolf, a snake, a woman half-dead.
a shaman three times dismembered.

2. space is a myth. the cyberspace's distance to the flesh is a source of permanent frustration, and yet, it holds a reality that cannot be denied. be it for the fact that no matter through which channels a creation is delivered, it exists, holds a place space and time are insufficient to define. what you do can never be undone.

3. anything that has guts. anything that searches for an answer to a question whose wording is visceral, necessary and yet so often overlooked. anyone who sees the big picture, and cares not what the rest of the world thinks about them.
the artist whose acts leave no place for lies.

4. trying to deal with #1, the absence of hope and the "abnormal" adrenaline rate in my blood.

5. there is no such thing as temporality.

6. if society is comprised of individuals and art is the medium through which one can reach a person's deepest receivers, how could the answer be no?

7. there is a point, but not just "any" point. what we're dealing with here is the existence of refusal, the only truly vital element of mankind and what separates it from fellow animals.

8. i dont vote.

9. alec empire.

10. pity it.
